We were very impressed by Rafael, the propriator. We arrived unexpectedly late at night and Rafael was most helpful and gracious. He let us leave our bags there until late in the evening of our departure and organized our transport to the bus terminal.

Breakfast was reasonable; some ham and cheese were included owner Rafael bent over backwards to rectify inconveniences and errors already in force.

I reserved by credit card for 2 nights and was overcharged $130 months before I even arrived. The overcharge payment was only rectified when I arrived after much correspondence. I was offered a voucher meal to compensate for all the inconvenience trying to get a refund. The tv in the room didnt work. Had to send out for technician twice to fix it. The WiFi connection advertised did not work in room...only in the office area. The room showed grubby with very aged furniture. Carpets were stained and bathroom was also unattractive.
